What is a Blog?

A Blog is a Web site designed to help you share information related to a particular subject area in the form of text, images, links, and other media such as video. Blogs can be used as team sites, news sites, journals, diaries, and more.

Blog posts usually consist of frequent short postings and are typically displayed in reverse chronological order (newest entries first). Blogs encourage site visitors to interact with one another by leaving comments on posts.

Blogs can be also be used as a team communication tool. Keep team members informed by providing a central place for links and relevant news.

We had a great course, 53 participants are now working their tickets...

the weekend after Wood Badge, we went back to Beaumont and helped train 169 ScoutMasters and Asst ScoutMasters at Introduction to Outdoor Leader Skills (the Outdoor Portion of Scoutmaster / Assistant ScoutMaster specific training)...

Scout Quest 100

I wanted to THANK everyone who helped participate in putting together the program for Scout Quest 100.  It was such a fun  event for all.

My son Sean, Eagle Scout, has been able to participate in much of what Scouting has to offer to youth.

Extreme Scouting, Day Camps, Summer Camps, Order of the Arrow, Venturing, Philmont, Northern Tier, Sea Base, Scout Quest 100 and looking forward to heading toSwift Base and Okpic.  These memories will be with him and our family forever.

There are so many people who have made Sean's road thru Scouting such a wonderful experience.  I want to THANK them for their 1 hour a week along with mine, and to their significant other for also putting up with the 1 hour that will make a life time of hours changed for the better in this world.

Thank you again,
